1. How do the custom pet products work? It’s simple! Once you choose a custom product, you’ll upload a high-resolution photo of your pet. Our design team then manually reviews the photo and creates a custom design tailored specifically for that item.

2. What kind of photo should I upload for custom gear? For the best results, use a photo taken in natural light with your pet facing the camera. Avoid blurry photos or photos where the pet is too far away. If your photo isn't quite right, we will reach out to you via email before we start production!

3. How long will it take to get my order?

  • Standard Gear: 3–7 business days.

  • Custom Keepsakes: 8–15 business days (this includes the time needed for our artists to design your unique item).

4. Is your gear safe for all pets? Yes! We prioritize "vetted quality." We only source products made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. Every item in our Curated Collection is tested for durability and comfort.

5. Can I change my order after it’s placed? For standard items, you have 12 hours to request a change. For custom items, once our design team begins the artistic process (usually within 6 hours), we cannot change the order. Please double-check your photo and text before checkout!

6. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99.
