Vela Pet (velapet.shop) is a brand operated by Safi IT Consulting Inc., a registered business
in British Columbia, Canada ("we," "us," "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to
protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use
it, and your rights when you visit or purchase from velapet.shop.
1. Information We Collect
• Order & Account Information: your name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone
number, used to process and deliver your order and communicate with you about it.
• Payment Information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers (including
Shopify Payments, PayPal, and card processors). We do not store your full card details.
• Device & Usage Information: when you browse our store we automatically collect data such as
your IP address, browser/device type, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar
technologies to improve your experience and analyze traffic.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process, fulfill, and deliver your orders; communicate with you
about orders, returns, and support; improve our store and customer experience; detect and
prevent fraud; and send marketing emails if you have opted in (unsubscribe any time).

We share information only as needed to operate our store, with: Shopify (which powers our
store); our trusted third-party fulfillment and shipping partners; payment processors; and
analytics/advertising providers (such as Google and Meta). We do not sell your personal information.

7. International Customers
We are based in Canada and currently ship to the United States and Canada. Your information may
be processed in those countries and by our service providers.
