Shipping Policy

At Vela Pet, we work hard to get every order to your door quickly and reliably.

1. Order Processing & Cutoff Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
• Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after begin processing the next business day.
• Handling time: 3–5 business days. Custom/personalized items may take slightly longer.

2. Where We Ship
We ship across the United States and Canada.

3. Delivery Estimates (total = handling + transit, in business days)
• United States: 8–15 business days.
• Canada: 10–17 business days.
Most items ship from our US/EU-based suppliers. A small number ship from overseas and can take 2–4 weeks; the estimate on each product page is the one that applies.

4. Shipping Rates
• Free shipping: US orders over $75 USD and Canada orders over $105 CAD.
• Standard: orders below those amounts — flat $7.95 in your local currency.

5. Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Mixed orders may arrive in separate packages.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Info@velapet.shop within 7 days with a photo so we can replace or refund it promptly.

7. Duties & Taxes
For Canadian orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, GST/HST, or taxes charged upon delivery.
